Heavy-duty pallet racking, currently the most common and widely used warehouse shelving system, features a fully assembled structure comprising upright frames and beams. Its single-tier load capacity typically ranges from 800 to 4000 kg, and can accommodate diverse storage requirements by adding accessories such as steel panels or steel wire mesh decking.

This structure features simplicity, reliability, light weight, high load-bearing capacity, and low cost. Specially designed safety pins connect the column clamps to the uprights, ensuring the beams remain securely fastened even under external impact.

The load-bearing capacity of heavy-duty pallet racking is achieved through the coordinated use of beams and upright assemblies, both of which are essential. The beams utilize specially designed cold-rolled standard box beams or standard step beams. The upright assemblies are essentially composed of two uprights along with corresponding horizontal braces and diagonal braces.

Uprights serve as the primary load-bearing components. Standard heavy-duty pallet rack uprights measure 90*70*2.0 mm and are constructed from Q235b steel. Under special requirements, they can be replaced with light-duty or reinforced uprights.
