Recently, Nanjing Victory officially announced that a brand-new, custom-designed comprehensive warehouse racking project for a client has been fully delivered and put into operation. Breaking away from the limitations of a single racking type, the project innovatively employs a combined storage solution that integrates heavy-duty pallet racking with long-span shelving. It was custom-designed to fully meet the client's various inventory management needs, accommodating both bulk and small-item storage requirements.
This complete racking system features high structural stability, easy assembly and flexible layout. The bright blue uprights and orange beams clear and eye-catching visual divisions within warehouse aisles to help workers quickly identify different zones. The base of the racking is additionally equipped with upright protectors and barriers, which further protect the main structure of the racking in environments with frequent forklift operations and extend the equipment's service life.
In terms of safety design, the heavy-duty pallet racking system delivered in this project comes standard with a dual-protection configuration consisting of steel wire decking and back mesh: steel wire decking provide uniform and stable support for all types of pallets, preventing the risk of goods falling; the back mesh physically prevents items from sliding off the back of the racks, enhancing warehouse operation safety by addressing potential vulnerabilities in the details. The accompanying longspan plate shelving is specifically designed for the storage of small-to-medium sized bulk goods. By fully utilizing the warehouse's vertical space, it enables efficient multi-tier storage and significantly improves storage utilization per unit area.
To meet the client's needs for a digital warehouse management transformation, we supplied custom location labels as requested. With these rack labels, warehouse staff can quickly scan and input data into the WMS system, significantly improving the efficiency of goods retrieval, picking, and precise location tracking, effectively reducing the error rate in manual picking, and ultimately increasing the warehouse's overall throughput.
