This steel platform is designed to maximise the use of vertical space within the client's warehouse and production hall. By adding a complete upper-level storage area, the client can effectively double the usable floor area without increasing the building's floor space. The lower level is used to house production equipment and support day-to-day operations, whilst the upper level serves as a dedicated bulk storage area for packaged goods and raw materials.
Heavy-duty steel structure: The platform is supported by robust steel columns, providing stable loading capacity to meet the demands of long-term industrial use.
Full-perimeter safety railings: Bright orange safety railings are fitted along all edges of the upper platform to ensure personnel safety during daily operations. Colours are available to choose from or can be customised.
Integrated access staircase: Spacious industrial staircases are fitted with matching safety handrails to facilitate safe movement between floors.
Durable decking: The steel decking is designed to withstand heavy foot traffic and stacked goods, making it suitable for warehouse and manufacturing environments.
Bespoke dimensions: The entire system is custom-made to the client's building height, layout and load requirements.
