What is Drive In/Through Rack ?
Drive in racking, also known as drive through racking, is suitable for storing large quantities of same-sized goods; it features high space utilization, low cost, and high density, with no dedicated aisles for trolleys or trucks—forklifts operate from the inner to the outer side when storing goods and vice versa when picking, following a first-in, last-out (FILO) principle. This system consists of continuous racking lanes with only a single load and retrieval aisle, where loading and unloading are carried out using counterbalance or reach trucks.
