The project employs a high-density shuttle storage system, combined with intelligent shuttle carts and standardized rack structures, to achieve a significant improvement in both warehouse space utilization and inventory handling efficiency, providing strong momentum for the client's transition to smart logistics.
Shuttle Racking Project
The shuttle racking project delivered this time is a high-density automated warehousing solution designed for the storage of large volumes of goods within the same product category. The system consists of a heavy-duty racking structure, rail-guided radio shuttle carts, and an intelligent control system. It features a standardized industrial design in a blue-and-orange color scheme, offering a sturdy structure and clear visual clarity.
The racking system is four tiers high and allows for continuous storage of multiple pallet positions in the depth direction, resulting in a space utilization rate that is over 60% higher than that of traditional beam racking.
For Radio Shuttle
The shuttle is the core operational unit of the project. This equipment operates on tracks inside the racking system and can automatically perform the storage, retrieval, transport, and sorting of palletized goods, eliminating the need for forklifts to enter deep within the racking system and significantly reducing the space occupied by operational aisles as well as safety risks.
The radio shuttle features a striking color scheme for high visibility and is equipped with status indicator lights and an emergency stop device. All units undergo rigorous load testing and operational debugging before leaving the factory to ensure long-term, stable operation in the field.
