Metal wire mesh decks are auxiliary load-bearing components for heavy-duty pallet racking systems, installed directly on top of the racking beams. Wire mesh deckings are warehouse equipment manufactured from cold-drawn wire using a spray-welding process. The mesh structure features standard 50*50/50*100/25*25/50*25 mm mesh pattern, with U-shaped channel steel reinforcing ribs welded to the bottom. After being bent at both ends, the panels can be directly mounted onto the shelf beams. The core structure consists of cold-drawn wire welded to U-shaped profiles.
The dimensions of metal wire mesh decking are generally tailored to the size of heavy-duty racking systems; depending on the load-bearing requirements, the design of the wire mesh decks may vary.

- It features a transparent design for easy management. It facilitates the cleaning and storage of bulk goods and items that require ventilation.
- The mesh structure and the reinforcing ribs welded to the bottom give the mesh layer a certain load-bearing capacity.
- When fitted with mesh decks, heavy-duty racking allows goods to be stored directly without the need for pallets. It is also compatible with pallets of various sizes; pallets smaller than the racking dimensions can be placed directly on the mesh decks.
- The use of wire mesh decks helps prevent items from falling, thereby avoiding cargo damage and even personal injury.
- The mesh decks are easy to install and require no tools. Since the edges of the mesh decks are bend-formed, they can be placed directly on the rack beams.
