This is suitable for storing large quantities of similar goods, short-term storage. Its advantage is offering fast storage speed and high space utilization. Suitable for process changeovers on both sides of assemblylines and picking operations in distribution centers, this system can be equipped with electronic tags for information management of goods. It is widely used in logistics distribution centers, publishing, electronics, andhighly automated factories.
How it Works:
Loading: Boxes are loaded from the rear of the rack, at a higher elevation.
Gravity Feed: The sloped lanes cause items to roll forward.
Picking: When an item is removed from the front (picking face), the next item in the lane automatically moves forward to take its place.
