Overlapping steel pallets means that all layers of pallet goods are stacked in the same way, and the top and bottom are completely opposite, and there will be no staggering between the layers. The advantages of this palletizing method are simple operation method, fast operation speed, and the four corners and sides of the package are vertical and overlapped, and the carrying capacity is large, and it can withstand heavier loads. At the same time, the steel pallet can ensure sufficient stability when the bottom area of the cargo body is large. The disadvantage of this method is that the layers are simply discharged, lack of occlusion, and when the bottom area of the cargo body is not large, the stability is not enough, and collapse is easy to occur.
The criss-cross type of steel pallets means that the two adjacent layers of goods are placed and rotated at an angle, one layer is placed horizontally, the other layer is placed longitudinally, and the layers are stacked in a crisscross pattern. In this way, there is a certain occlusal effect between layers, but the occlusal strength of the steel pallet is not high.
The front and back staggered steel pallet means that the goods in different rows in the same layer are all angled at 90 degrees. Vertical stacking, the stacking form of two adjacent layers of goods is the form of another layer rotating 180 degrees. This method has higher occlusal strength between different layers and no re-sewing between adjacent layers. Therefore, the stability after stacking is very high, but the operation is more troublesome. Moreover, the packaging bodies of the steel pallets are not perpendicular to each other to bear the load, so The lower cargo body is easily crushed.
