Drive-in racking is a high-density storage system. Forklifts can drive through the aisles to access goods, making it ideal for storing large quantities of full pallets of goods with few SKUs, and significantly improving warehouse space utilization.
These drive-in racks were manufactured and installed to meet the customer's specific needs. The customer handles a relatively limited product variety but maintains a large inventory, resulting in a high demand for pallet storage spaces. After deciding on drive-in racks, we designed the specific dimensions of the racks and selected appropriate materials based on factors such as the customer's pallet dimensions, fully loaded pallet height, load capacity, and forklift dimensions. Production began after the customer confirmed all details.
