Butterfly-hole racking is a boltless, modular storage system featuring butterfly-shaped holes in the uprights that enable quick assembly. This racking is ideal for light- to medium-duty applications, with a typical load capacity of 100–300 kg per level.
Below is a butterfly-hole shelving project we recently completed. The client ordered 700 sets of butterfly-hole shelving and requested that the warehouse be put into use as soon as possible. We coordinated factory production resources, scientifically planned employee schedules, and, while ensuring compliance with labor regulations, appropriately arranged overtime work to optimize the pace of production and comprehensively improve production efficiency. Ultimately, we successfully shortened the production cycle to complete the order efficiently within 10 days and delivered all 700 sets .
