Cantilever Racking is a warehouse storage system, it is designed to store long, awkward objects ,such as metal extrusions, steel bars, tubes, pipes, carpet rolls, lumber and furniture etc. Cantilever racking has structure light, strong load force, can greatly improve the utilization and work efficiency of the warehouse, it has two types, single cantilever or double cantilever.
Cantilever rack are mainly composed of upright columns, bases,arms,bracing, beams, decking etc.
Upright Columns : Connected to the base and arms,it's height can be adjusted freely.Uprights can be used for single and double-sided units.
Bases : Use anchoring to connect the floor and also connect to the upright acting as the main stabilizing component.
Arms : Connect to the upright column and are used to store the product.
Bracing : It is used to stabilize the upright columns offering horizontal and diagonal support.
Decking : It is an option available for certain applications offering a solid shelf level to the cantilever storage arms.
