Movable File Cabinet
Movable File Cabinet also called compact cabinets are a new type of equipment suitable for storing books, materials, files, prices, archival financial vouchers, and goods in library information rooms, archives rooms, sample rooms, etc. of government agencies, enterprises and institutions. Compared with traditional bookshelves, shelves, and file racks, they have a large storage capacity, save space, and are more traditional.

According to different operations, it can be divided into: manual compact cabinets, electric compact cabinets, and intelligent compact cabinets.
According to different uses, it can be generally divided into: archive compact cabinets, book compact cabinets, accounting compact cabinets, medical record compact cabinets, storage compact cabinets, etc.
According to different structures, it can be divided into: open compact cabinets, semi-enclosed compact cabinets, and fully enclosed compact cabinets.

The compact cabinet is mainly composed of rails, bases, columns (plate type), shelves, hanging boards, side boards, back boards, top boards, dustproof boards, guard boards, door boards, transmission mechanisms, anti-dumping, anti-vibration, dustproof, rat-proof, brakes, buffers, catalog cards and transmission devices, and sealing devices:
(1) The rails include ground rails and guide rails.
(2) The frame includes columns, hanging boards, shelves, partitions, and dustproof boards.
Columns: vertical columns that support the entire frame;
Hanging boards: placed between shelves to support and fix;
Shelves: flat boards for storing archival materials;
Partition bars: used to separate the middle of double-sided stored materials to prevent confusion;
Dustproof boards: placed on the top of the frame, mainly used to prevent dust.
(3) Transmission devices include: chains, gears, hand pans, bearings, rollers, and locks.
The diameter of the main shaft and bearing is φ20mm, 45# high-quality manganese steel material GB3882-87 from Steel No. 5 Factory, Z390504 spherical bearing with seat, short shaft sleeve connection transmission, with reliable center straightness, the frame moves smoothly, lightly and naturally.
(4) Chassis: mainly used to support the base of the frame.
(5) Sealing device: prevents damage caused by impact when the compact cabinet is closed, and at the same time reduces the noise caused by impact when the frame is opened and closed, playing the role of anti-collision, dustproof, moisture-proof, noise-proof and rat-proof.
(6) Panel: including inner side panel, outer side panel, and door panel.
(7) Top panel: the top of the compact cabinet frame, each warehouse cabinet is equipped with a dustproof device to prevent dust from falling into the cabinet. The top and bottom frame of the cabinet are equipped with an anti-fall device: each set of movable single-sided cabinet tops are equipped with an anti-fall device.
(8) Catalog card: located on the side panel of the cabinet, used to place archive classification information cards.
(9) Anti-fall device: installed on the guide rail to stabilize the compact cabinet and prevent it from falling over.
