Description of Light Duty Shelf
Light duty shelves are a type of storage shelves. They are classified and named according to their load capacity. According to this classification principle, the load capacity of light-duty shelves is the smallest among all storage shelves. Usually, the shelf load is ≤ 150kg/layer (most of the shelf load is calculated based on the load capacity of the layer).

For the simple maintenance and care of warehouse shelves, the design of general warehouse shelves is relatively simple, so the maintenance and care will also be simple.
First of all, the cleaning of the shelves: cleaning is very important for a shelf, because storage shelves are generally placed in the warehouse, and the warehouses of some units are generally rarely visited. Only when something is needed will people rush to get it, and then leave in a hurry. So few people will clean the shelves. Frequent cleaning of shelves will extend the service life of the shelves. The cleaning of shelves does not necessarily have to be washed with water, as long as there is no dust on them. And washing the shelves with water will easily cause the surface of the shelves to oxidize, greatly shortening the service life of the shelves.
Then put the shelves neatly: tools, accessories, workpieces (products) should be placed neatly, and pipes and lines should be organized to avoid blocking the passage. And neatly placed shelves are not easy to bump into, which increases the safety of shelves and goods!
