Warehouse Pallet
Warehouse pallets are the medium that transforms static goods into dynamic goods. They are cargo platforms and also movable platforms, or movable ground. Even goods that lose their flexibility when placed on the ground will immediately become mobile and flexible once they are loaded on pallets, because the goods loaded on pallets are ready to move at any time. This dynamic loading and unloading method, which utilizes pallets as the basic tool, is known as pallet operation.

The types of pallets are mainly wood, plastic, metal, and other materials. Wood is the most widely used now because it is cheap and strong; plastic pallets are more expensive and have a smaller load capacity, but with the advancement of plastic pallet manufacturing technology, some high-load plastic pallets have appeared and are slowly replacing wooden pallets. Metal pallets are strong and durable, but the disadvantage is that they are easy to corrode and have a higher price.

The steel pallet is also called metal pallet or steel pallet. Pallet is a horizontal platform device used for packaging, stacking, handling, and transportation of goods and products as unit loads.

Therefore, when choosing the load capacity of a pallet, you should understand the intended use of the pallet. When the pallet is to be stored on a shelf, the rack load is the most important. At the same time, the load capacity of a pallet is closely related to the way the goods are placed on the pallet. If the load area is reduced, the actual residual load of the pallet will also be reduced, rather than the original rated load.
