Medium-duty shelving is a type of storage shelf. They are classified and named according to the load capacity of the shelves. According to this classification principle, medium-duty shelves are between light-duty shelves and heavy-duty shelves, hence the name medium-duty shelves.

• Product classification

Medium-duty shelves are standard in appearance, widely applicable, easy to install and disassemble, with 75mm pitch adjustment, and load capacity of 100kg~350kg; the non-standard type has large span and a large load capacity, 75mm pitch adjustment, a novel appearance, and load capacity of 300kg~1000kg. Medium-duty shelves are sturdy and strong, with large load capacity.

Medium-duty shelves are widely used in shopping malls, supermarkets, enterprise warehouses, and institutions. They are usually divided into medium-duty A-type shelves, medium-duty B-type shelves, and medium-duty C-type shelves. Generally, they can be disassembled and assembled, and the height of the shelves can be adjusted; the load-bearing layer can bear 200-800 kg; all metal parts of the shelves are rust-proofed, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed; medium-duty shelves are suitable for storing goods in large, medium, and small warehouses.

In actual application, they are divided into medium-duty A-type shelves and medium-duty B-type shelves.

Features of medium A-type shelves:

• The top, bottom, frame connecting rods, column trays, chips, and plug-ins of the medium-sized shelves are fully fixed with pins, which is easy to operate.
• The maximum load under the relative length of the bearing strength is 300kg/layer. The shelves can be freely adjusted up and down at a spacing of 50mm.
• The surface of the shelf is rust-free and spray-painted.
• The surface color can be selected according to the customer's choice. The overall appearance of the shelf is beautiful, generous, sturdy, and durable.
• The relevant specifications of the A-column are: 55×5.5×1.5 mm special rack column profile.
• Adopt a high-quality steel rolling mill machine to automatically punch and flatten, and cut according to the height specified by the customer.
• The column tray connecting rod is made of high-quality cold plates, which are bent and stamped.
• The plate layer is made of high-quality cold plate (SPCC), divided into strips, flattened and bent, and welded for reinforcement.
• No bolt connection, simple assembly and disassembly, beautiful appearance, and can assemble multiple layers of racks.

Constructed from cooling plates made of Q235 steel (SPCC) of high quality. Use beams and columns with connectors and beams in the form of a frame. Designed for manual goods handling operations. Type B medium-duty shelves are widely used across industries, offering low cost, high safety, strong reliability, and extremely simple assembly/disassembly. Can be used independently or combined with main and auxiliary frames.

Features of medium B-type shelves:

• The medium shelf type B columns and diagonal braces are connected by bolts, and the columns are connected with P-type steel silent beam plugs and sockets to form the shelf frame and fixed with safety pins. The structure is simple and reliable.
• Each layer of the shelf can be adjusted by a distance of 50 steps.
• The medium B-type shelves are usually no more than 3 meters high, and are based on the construction of multi-layer shelves.
• The specifications of the medium B-type shelf columns are: 55 * 2.0 mm special shelf 47 mast profile.
• Adopt a high-quality steel rolling mill machine to automatically punch holes, according to the height specified by the customer, and cut off.
• The beam adopts cold-rolled P type, and the specifications are: 50×30×40, 64, 80 50.
