Load-bearing requirements of steel pallets

The load-bearing pallet has three goals, dynamic load, static load, and shelf load. In the early years, the load-bearing capacity became smaller and smaller. Let alone what raw material pallets you use, whether they are wooden, plastic, or steel pallets, the truth should be the same.

Taking steel pallets as an example, if the dynamic load is 1.5T, the corresponding static load should be 6T, and the shelf load should be 0.8-1T. If the pallet is placed on the ground without moving, it is a static load. If it is picked up by a forklift, it is the corresponding dynamic load. The large part of the load that can be carried on the shelf is the shelf load.

The larger the area of the steel pallet, the higher the load-bearing degree. However, in order to reduce the production cost, the size of some steel pallets is reduced, and the self-weight also decreases. This kind of pallets can be used normally in a short time. After half a year to a year, the pallets can be turned over for a long time. At the beginning, the lacing bars were broken and the service life was greatly reduced. In addition, steel pallets and iron pallets are not the same thing.
