Composition Classification:

1. Composition: the platform structure usually consists of decking, primary and secondary beams, columns, inter-column supports, and ladders, railings and so on.

2.Classification:

Structural layout:

1. Meet the requirements of process production and operation, to ensure access and operation of the headroom. General access to the net height should not be less than 1.8M, the platform should be set up around the general protection railing, railing height is generally 1M. when the platform height is greater than 2M, should also be set up under the protection railing height of 100-150mm skirting board. The platform should be set up for up and down the ladder, the width of the ladder should not be less than 600mm.

2. Determine the plane size of the platform structure, elevation, beam grid and column network layout in addition to meet the requirements of the use of beams, columns, the arrangement should be considered on the platform of the equipment load and other large centralized load location and large-diameter industrial pipeline hanging and so on;

3. The arrangement of the platform structure, should strive to achieve economic rationality, direct and clear force transmission. The arrangement of the beam grid should be compatible with its span. When the span of the beam is larger, its spacing is also appropriate to increase. Make full use of the permissible span of the paving slab, and arrange the beam lattice reasonably to get a better economic effect.
