Drive In Racking System, also called corridor racks or drive through racks. Drive-through racks allow forklifts (or unmanned transport vehicles with forks) to drive into the aisles to store and retrieve goods. They are suitable for storing goods of small varieties and large batches. 


In addition to the cargo spaces near the aisles, drive-through racks are usually recommended to be no more than 7 cargo spaces deep for single-sided pickup, as forklifts need to enter the interior of the racks to store and retrieve goods. In order to increase the speed of forklifts, guide rails can be configured according to actual needs. 


Compared with beam racks, the storage space utilization rate of drive-through racks (drive-in racks) can be increased by more than 30%. Drive-through racks (drive-in racks) are widely used in wholesale, cold storage, food, and tobacco industries.

Drive through racking system can be equipped with guide rails according to actual needs.


The drive through pallet racking has almost twice the storage capacity of the usual H-beam rack in the same space, because the aisles between the rows of racks are eliminated, and the racks are merged together, so that the goods on the same layer and the same column are connected to each other, maximizing the utilization rate of storage capacity.


Drive in racks are widely used for the storage of large quantities and small varieties of goods, which are uniformly packaged and have single products, such as food, tobacco, cold storage and other warehouses.

(1) Cleaning Timely discover the mechanical deformation of the products caused by external force collision on the shelves and replace the safe and stable shelf parts in time. In line with the principle of safety first, timely discover safety hazards during the cleaning process and deal with them in time to ensure safe and efficient storage.


(2) Correction Use professional horizontal stereo positioning tools to accurately record the shelf status, and then effectively correct it to ensure the load-bearing capacity and safety of the shelves.


(3) Strictly implement the safety use rules, do not exceed the load limit, line position, or storage density, and ensure safety performance during storage.


(4) The maintenance cycle is one year.


(5) The maintenance content includes routine contents such as fastener tightness measurement, column vertical measurement, and damaged component measurement. If the column is bent (broken), an overall measurement is required. System maintenance is performed based on the measurement data.
